Loctite Dri-Loc is a dry, pre-applied thread locker adhesive that performs key functions including quick assembly on higher volume production lines, vibration resistance, sealing, and locking threaded fasteners. Its performance is defined by its ability to withstand severe vibration, seal against fluids, and provide reliable locking in various conditions, such as high temperatures.

The adhesive is activated upon assembly, when microcapsules release the resin to cure and fill thread gaps, transforming any fastener into a locking and sealing component. Applications: locking carburettor screws, transmission fasteners, head bolts, pipe plugs, and for sealing components in the engine, transmission, and differential.
